Attorney Brett L. Evans

Brett L. Evans is the owner/attorney of the Law Office of Brett L. Evans, PC, located in Denison, Texas.  Brett, a native of Denison, earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in 1998 from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas, and earned his Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech School of Law in Lubbock, Texas, in 2001. He began his legal career as an attorney for Rattikin & Rattikin, L.L.P in Fort Worth, Texas.  He then became in-house counsel to Cross Development, LLC, a commercial real estate development company, before opening his own law practice in 2009 in Fort Worth, Texas.  He later moved back to Denison and opened his law office in the exact same location where his father, W. Lawrence (Larry) Evans, had practiced law for over 30 years.

Brett is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Grayson County Bar Association.  He currently serves on the board of the Denison Development Alliance and Wesley Village and was Vice Chairman of the Denison Development Foundation.  Brett is also Vice Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Denison. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Denison and the Denison Chamber of Commerce.  Brett lives in Denison with his wife Hillary and their two children, Emerson and Knox.
